End of Summer Blues

Running a store means getting fall deliveries in August so the reminder that autumn is on the way comes early for us. This is exactly what is happening now.

We're getting hoodies and coats and toques coming our way. Great stuff for boys. We're loving the dashes of colour and the sense of humour in the new designs.

In addition to your favourites (see the Appaman look above), we're adding new brands to our roster. Wait until you see them! Coming soon!

Fast Forward to August

Wow, there was a big gap in the blog posts there. I guess some of you might have noticed.

You see, the thing with running a business and raising a kid is that when those two worlds collide for a woman, the former is more likely to suffer. Apologies for the lack of updates but thank you for continuing to visit and shop at our online store.

It seems we missed a whole season there, but in fact, we were busy getting ready for the next one. As my son readies for kindergarten in September, I too, have been busy planning for TykeThreads. As plans come together, I will be sharing them with you.

In the meantime, what can I say? It's August! I hope you are enjoying some family time and having a great summer so far.
